This Temple has dawned before 1940. In 1940’s, a tailor named Mr. Krishnasamy managed the Temple for 10 years. After that Mr. V.K. Kalyanasundaram and Mr. Amaar Singh has done some changes in the Temple and operated it for few years.
Followed by many leaders who lead the Temple and done some improvements in the Temple. The Temple has started to display a magnificent look. Many events / programs have been organized by the Temple management. With the fund raised from the events, the Temple witnessed a grandeur 1st Kumbabishegam on 13/12/1969.
Now the Temple has 5 stage beautiful Raaja Gopuram (ornate), with a pleasing Moolasthanam. It is portrayed as Temple of fine arts.

Every Friday, after the usual prayers done. A half an hour devoted for koottu prarthanai (group prayer) and religious talk. It will be organized by the Temple Secretary Mr. K.Balaraman.
Every Saturday, from 11am to 1pm, there is Barathanatyam class. This class is conduct by Shree Mathi Tamilselvi Paramasivam (Baratha Seshthira Dance Academy)
Every Sunday, from morning 9 to 11, there will be religious class. This class started on 26/05/1992 and still on going with God’s grace. In the beginning it was initiated by Mr. M. Subramaniam and now continued by Mr. K. Balaraman.
